What delivery areas do you cover?
We provide local delivery services across the Florida Panhandle. Currently, we service Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Don't see your area covered? Give us a call and we can give you an estimate for your area.
How long can I rent a crate for?
Our rental period is either one week (7 days) or two weeks (14 days). Rentals can be extended daily or weekly, beyond your return date, for an additional charge. We offer flexible booking options to suit your moving needs.
Are the totes cleaned before delivery?
Yes, absolutely. We follow strict cleaning protocols to ensure every tote is sanitized and ready for your use. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions to maintain hygiene and sustainability.
Can I schedule my delivery online?
Yes, you can easily schedule your delivery through our online booking system. Simply select your preferred date and time, and we will coordinate with you to ensure a smooth pickup.
How do I return the crates?
We provide a simple return process. Crates will be picked up by 5:00 PM on the last day of the rental period. We will call you before arrival to retrieve the totes. Simply stack the crates and lids and we'll do the heavy lifting and pick them up! We will inspect them for wear and clean them again before the next rental.
